“Twinning Program”- Personnel Exchange with NARBO Indonesia
Personnel exchange activity between JWA, PJTI(PERUM JASA TIRTAI) and PJT II (PERUM JASA TIRTAII) were taken place from July 2005 as part of NARBO activities. The total of 3 personnel, two from PJTI and one from PJTII, were dispatched to Japan Water Agency for two months program.
The program was followed by the first one that two JWA staff were dispatched to Indonesia for 3 months from April, 2005 in accordance with Twinning Program which was concluded in November 2004 to stimulate sharing information and experience in water resource management between JWA and NARBO Indonesia.
During stay in Japan, the three Indonesian counterparts learnt JWA’s experience in construction of dams, water resource development facilities including canal and in operation and management of water resources. Located in Monsoon area, both sides also discussed and shared various information such as the approaches and management of water resources conducted in Indonesia.
