The 22nd Japan-Korea Technology Exchange Meeting Held
The 22nd technology exchange meeting was held on 31st October 2005 in Japan between Japan Water Agency (JWA) and Korea Water Resources Corporation.
This meeting has been held annually in Japan and Korea alternately since 1984, aiming to exchange information and opinion on dam construction and facility management of the both sides and to contribute to the development and management of water resources being implemented by each country.
The meeting convened at the Headquarters of JWA in Japan visited by 6 participants from KOWACO delegates including President Kim Woo Gu of Water Resources Research Institute. The both sides made presentation and discussion under theme of environmental protection and construction technology based on case study. The delegates also deepened discussion at the site visits such as Takizawa Dam and other dams.
