Exclusive Special Dam Cards are now available to promote "Gunma Destination Campaign"

The Japan Water Agency and Gunma Prefecture jointly made special dam cards exclusive to the dams located in Gunma Prefecture to promote "Gunma Destination Campaign" to be carried out between 1 April, 2019 and 30 June, 2019, drawing the attention of ordinary people to come to the water resources regions in Gunma other than dam enthusiasts.
These special cards are really available exclusively during the above period at the following dam office locations:
Locations
- Four dams, i.e.
- Yagisawa, Naramata, Shimokubo, and Kusaki, all of which are managed by Japan Water Agency (JWA)
- Ten dams, i.e.
- Kirizumi, Kiryugawa, Doudairagawa, Aizawagawashusui, Ichinokayagawashusui, Yashikigawashusui, Sakamoto, Shiozawa, Shimagawa, Onita, all of which are under the jurisdiction of Land Development Department of Gunma Prefecture

From 1 April, 2019 to 30 June, 2019
N.B: Regarding Yagisawa and Naramata dams, the dam offices are still closed due to winter closing period. The dam cards will become available as soon as their offices open. Respective office opening dates will be informed in on their homepages.
Card design

- Four dams of JWA
- Respective different card designs
- Ten prefectural dams
- Special helmet-worn "Gunma-chan" and Destination Campaign logo-mark seals are attached.
For JWA cards, if all four cards are collected, an accomplishment card will be given at the office 4th card is given upon presenting remaining 3 other cards.
