Exclusive Dam Card of Sameura Dam with a Dragon-shaped Reservoir on it now Available at the Village Station of Okawa Village, Kochi Prefecture

You may still remember our topics article dated September 28, 2017 on
"a huge gradon, an imaginary animal showing up on Sameura Dam!". When
Mr. Shikago "Chicago" Kaminarimon, storyteller of Rakugo (Japanese art of story telling)/cartoon artist tweeted on September 1, 2017 that the Sameura Dam reservoir viewed from a plane he was aboard looked
like the shape of a dragon, this tweet drew the attention from over 100,000 viewers on SNS.
As the picture he took was so attractive, Japan Water Agency obtained the approval from him the use of that photo for an
exclusive Sameura Dam Card.
This card is now only available at
the village station of Okawa Village *.
* Okawa Village is located along the prefectural road No. 17 in Funato, Okawa Village, Tosa-gun, Kochi Prefecture.
At Sameura Dam, the regular dam card showing the photo of the dam on the front is available for supply but not the one shown below.
At the village station of Okawa Village, there are local specialty foodstuffs, including Tosa Chicken and processed foodstuffs being sold and on weekends and holidays, light snacks are served. For inquiries, contact
